I hope you are enjoying reading the weekly bulletin. If you have any ideas on how we can improve on it please let me know and I would be very happy to implement if possible.
Some weeks we have little to no photos to include in the bulletin and when this happens I was thinking it would be nice if you would like to have a section for personal photos. Photos of perhaps personal projects, family celebrations, holidays and trips etc. This way we can all learn more about each other.  If you have photos you would like to include please email to me at
MEETING NOTES 16 March 2021:
The meeting was brought to order at 6:00 pm by Warren Poehler.
PRESENT: Ten members were present with one guest Matthew Poehler
APOLOGIES: Stuart, Grant, Leanne, Tracey, Kevin, Graham D, Graham M
TOAST: May we raise our glasses to toast to our success to keep the marksmanship trophy.
GRACE: May our Lord bless this meeting and the food we are about to eat. Help us to be mindful of those among us, those around us and those in the world who are suffering.
MENU: Curried sausage, vegetable bake, garlic bread with ice cream, custard and fruit salad for dessert.
Warren was happy his son Matthew joined us for the meeting and the small bore competition.
Jim C was happy to have just done 87 km of cycling coast to coast up North.
Jim S was sad to have had to encounter New Plymouth rush hour traffic and happy to have had a heat-transfer ventilation system recently installed.
Donald was sad to have dug up his water line--twice.
Mel was happy to have represented the Club at the District convention.
Matthew was happy to had his promotion made official at Tegel.
RYPEN final arrangements were discussed. We need to transport 47 students to Vertical Horizons and all members were asked to be at Rotary House at 5pm.
Members need to let Mel know if they will be at the RYPEN dinner Saturday night and for the skits after. Paul Rangiwahia will be the motivational speaker at RYPEN Friday night. We are thinking about having him as the regular motivational speaker future RYPENs.
There is a Centennial Project offering registration plate surrounds honoring Rotary in its 100th year. Warren has forwarded the email regarding it to all members. Need numbers ASAP.
Noel spoke about the lawn mowing contractor, who has said he needs more for the job. Jim C knows of a contractor who may do it more economically. He will contact him.
The 23 April presentations of checks to The Helicopter Trust and Taranaki Land Rescue will be definitely done on that night.
Gloria will have a Pink Ribbon event. She will be doing a raffle all week then a BBQ. She will have a roster. She is looking for raffle prizes.

Members News:
Message from Leanne - Larger tupperware or storage containers wanted.
I've been busy filling requests for family size meals for a number of organisations and could really do with some large containers with lids (bigger than an icecream container) that I can freeze large family meals into then give them away. Anyone have anything suitable cluttering up their cupboard they'd like to give away?
